ZQ gear reducer installation and maintenance

1. The gears are lubricated by closed transmission oil pool, and the oil level of the lubricant is indicated by the round oil mark on the machine base, and the oil level is within the range indicated by the oil mark when the reducer is in the state of stopping operation.
2. The lubricating oil is generally HJ40-50 mechanical oil. HL20-30 gear oil can also be used.
3. The reducer should pay special attention to the cleanliness of the oil at the beginning of the work, if the oil is dirty (especially the mixing of metal foam), the oil should be changed immediately, and the dirt in the body should be removed at the same time of changing the oil. The quality of the oil must be checked regularly (not less than once every six months).
4. The state of the meshing work surface should be checked regularly, especially at the beginning of the work when the tooth surface abrasion phenomenon, such as abrasion accounted for an area not greater than 20% of the working surface of the teeth (along the length and height of the teeth), allowing the use of oil stone or scraper a little trimming.
5. If you need to open the cover for maintenance, pay attention to whether the cover is smeared with sealant, if there is sealant, the screw holes on the cover can be used to open the screw, do not hammer the sealing surface, the maintenance must be completed to check the sealing surface and through the cover with or without bruises, sealant residue cleaned up or not, otherwise just will cause oil leakage.
