ZDY cylindrical gear reducer features

1. The main specification parameters (center distance, transmission ratio, etc.) adopt the priority number of the priority number system and conform to the relevant standards.
2. Gear transmission parameters, main structural dimensions are optimized design, standardization, high degree of generalization, about 1,500 kinds of parts, consisting of more than 4,500 sets of reducers with different bearing capacity, different transmission ratios, different assembly types, i.e., different specifications.

ZDY Cylindrical Gear Reducer Scope of Application

ZDY cylindrical gear reducer is used for mechanical transmission in mining, metallurgy, transportation, building materials (cement), construction, chemical industry, textile, light industry, energy and other industries. However, it is generally restricted:

Reducer high-speed shaft speed is not higher than 1500r/min;.

Reducer gear circumferential speed is not higher than 20m/s;

The working environment temperature of the reducer is -40～45℃, and when it is lower than 0℃, the lubricant should be preheated before starting.
