XWED42 Cycloid Reducer

The smooth structure of cycloidal reducer can replace cylindrical gear reducer and worm gear reducer in many cases, so it is widely used in various fields and very popular among customers.

The whole transmission device of cycloid reducer is divided into three parts: input part, deceleration part and output part.

The working principle of cycloid reducer: It adopts the principle of cycloid needle tooth meshing and planetary rotation. Therefore, it is usually called planetary cycloid reducer.

Application: Cycloid reducer is widely used in mining, printing, lifting, food, pharmaceutical, textile, conveying, cement, environmental protection, petroleum and other industries.

Explanation of the terminology of cycloid reducer:

[Reduction Ratio] The ratio of input speed to output speed.

[Number of stages] The number of sets of planetary gears. Generally, it can reach three levels, and the efficiency will be reduced.

[Full Load Efficiency] The transmission efficiency of the reducer under a large load (fault stop output torque).

[Working life] The cumulative working time of the gearhead at rated load and rated input speed.

[Rated Torque] The torque for long time operation allowed by the rated life. When the output speed is 100 rpm, the life of the speed reducer is the average life, and the average life of the speed reducer decreases when this value is exceeded. If the output torque is more than double, the gearhead fails.

[Noise] The unit is dB(A), which is measured at an input speed of 3,000 rpm, without load, and at a distance of 1 meter from the reducer.

[Return difference] Fix the input end, rotate the output end clockwise and counterclockwise, when the output end is subjected to plus or minus 2% of the rated torque, the output end of the speed reducer will be displaced by a small angle, and this angular displacement is the return gap.

The unit is “minute”, i.e. 1/60 of a degree.
