Overview of CWU Worm Gear Reducer CWU worm gear reducer is a type of CW series worm gear reducer, which is a worm gear reducer with worm gear under the turbine. There are three assembly forms of CW series worm gear reducer: CWU a circular arc cylindrical worm gear reducer with the worm under the worm wheel; CWS a circular arc cylindrical worm gear reducer with the worm on the side of the worm wheel; and CWO a circular arc cylindrical worm gear reducer with the worm on the top of the worm wheel. CW series circular arc cylindrical worm gear reducer adopts single-stage worm gear reducer transmission, which conforms to the industry recommended standard JB/T7935-95. The CW series of circular arc cylindrical worm gear reducer includes three models, 16 kinds of center distance and 12 kinds of speed ratios. The input power ranges from 0.39 to 189kw, and the output torque ranges from 107 to 13500N-m. The CW series cylindrical worm gearboxes are available in three models with 16 center distances and 12 speed ratios. Arc cylindrical worm shaft can be transported in both directions, the input speed is not more than 1500r/min, and the working ambient temperature is 40-40℃. When the working environment temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the lubricating oil before starting, heated to 0 ℃ or more; when the working environment temperature is higher than 40 ℃, take cooling measures.
